2. Tell us the name you've picked for your business and the state you are operating in.

3. Answer our questionnaire.  

4.  Sit back and relax, while we take care of the heavy lifting (i.e.  completing and filing your LLC paperwork; helping you with privacy considerations).

What’s Included?

• Name research (we search your state’s business registration website to determine if your name is available)

• Filing of Articles of Organization - filings of official LLC paperwork (we complete and file all the necessary paperwork)

• Discussion of Privacy Considerations (we do not provide this service, but will direct you to third-parties who do, separate fee will apply)

• Answers to your LLC formation questions

• Federal EIN

• Business Entity Maintenance (we provide a guide so you'll know exactly what to do after your LLC is all set up)

WHAT’S OPTIONAL (BUT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)?

• Operating Agreement: while often required by the state, this is an important legal document to have in place and is available for purchase separately if needed.

• Legal QuickFix: if you’d like us to help you figure out your local business requirements (like licenses and permits), consider adding this service.

• Trademark Peek: we offer a preliminary US federal trademark database search to confirm whether your proposed name is legally available.

Keep in mind, the cost of forming your business is often tax-deductible. (woo hoo!)

Starting at $299 (for single member LLC, add an additional $75 for multi-member LLCs) + state filing fees (varies from $0 to $500) + operating agreement template ($75, optional) + third-party service provider fees for privacy concerns (varies from $49 - $150) + Legal QuickFix service ($125, optional for local legal requirements) + Trademark Peek ($150, optional preliminary US federal trademark search to ensure name availability)

NOTE: this service is only available in the U.S. but is NOT available for LLCs operating in: Arizona, Nebraska, or New York. (See New York Formation services below).

New York LLC Formation Services (Now Available)

Starting an LLC in New York can feel overwhelming…but I’ve got you covered.

With my done-for-you NY LLC formation service, you’ll get everything you need to legally establish your business, without the headache of figuring it all out yourself.

From filing your paperwork to handling the tricky (and costly) newspaper publication requirement, I take care of it all, so you don’t have to.

This includes all required services and fees:

• Attorney fees (filing LLC formation documents, newspaper publications x 2, Certificate of Publication, and email consults, if needed): $900

• Registered Agent with Virtual Office Address (Third-Party Provider): $68 (note, this is also the annual fee for renewal of these services with the third-party provider, but you’ll get you all set up with them). 

  • We highly recommend obtaining this to keep your home address private. 

• Govt filing fees (LLC formation documents): $210

• Newspaper Publication Fees (for legal notice in both required newspapers): $155

• Govt filing fees (Certificate of Publication): $85

Not included: 

• Any filings are advice regarding local business licenses or tax permits (a separate research fee of approximately $175 applies if needed).

• Ongoing compliance or maintenance of your LLC after formation.

With the above service, your LLC will be officially formed, and I will guide you through the process. Keep in mind, there is a 6-week publication period, so this process will take some time.

You might notice that forming an LLC in New York costs more than my other LLC formation services—that’s because New York has additional legal requirements, like the mandatory newspaper publication process, which other states don’t have. This service covers all those extra steps to ensure your LLC is fully compliant from day one.
