ARE YOU SELLING FROM YOUR OWN WEBSITE?

This is NOT for digital entrepreneurs who sell digital products/courses via their own website - if you sell on your own website platform (like Squarespace or Shopify) then you need our Website Terms & Digital Offerings Protection Package. That package includes the legally required Privacy Policy page and Term & Conditions (that includes terms for viewers of your site and terms for purchasers of your digital product/course). ➡️ ARE YOU A MRR/PLR GIRLIE (OR GUY)?!

If you are selling digital products with Master Resell Rights (MRR) or Private Label Rights (PLR) - not as the original creator, but as the reseller, then this terms will not apply to those digital products. These terms include a very specific license for original created digital products that state the purchaser is only given one license to use, and is not given the right to resell, repurpose, copy, exploit.

And…if you’re asking “What is MRR or PLR”?

• MRR = Master Resell Rights (where you are given the right to resell the course/digital product from the original creator, but with the creator’s original branding, name, or other restrictions)

• PLR = Private Label Rights (where you are allowed to edit and rebrand the course/digital product as your own, even though you do not own the original content)

If you are selling MRR/PLR products AND your own digital products (without MRR/PRL), then you can need to different templates depending on WHAT PLATFORM you are using to sell them. That is, if you are selling from a third party landing page only, then you’ll grab our other Terms and Conditions for Digital Offerings (MRR/PLR APPROVED). Nut, if you are selling from your own website and a third party landing page, then you’ll grab our other Website Terms and Digital Offerings Protection Package (MRR/PLR APPROVED).
